Printing on CIM Printers

Are you having trouble connecting to the New Printers?

Have you tried to print something and come across an error you’re not able to fix?

This is the place to get started.

The printers are in various locations throughout the building:

  • One printer is located in the Reprographics room on the first floor (1-31)
  • One printer is located on the Second floor in the common area
  • One Printer is located in the Admin office.
  • One printer is located in the McCrea Building for the Mathematics department

Below are instructions for installing the printers on a few of the popular operating systems.

If your Windows desktop is joined to the RHUL domain then the printer will be added automatically. No software installation on your part is necessary. If the printer still does not appear even after rebooting your computer please raise a ticket on the CIM helpdesk.
